The Block Island Yoga Retreat:

**2012 Dates Coming Soon!**

Your teacher is Lynda Corcoran, certified Kripalu Yoga instructor with extensive training in Pranayama, Yoga of the breath. Lynda has taught throughout CT in studios, recreation centers, schools, camps and in the corporate world. She brings to her class, compassion for the body and mind, an openness of spirit and connection to life force through the breath.

During the Block Island yoga weekend, you are able to cycle or walk to your outdoor classes from the inn. Enjoy beautiful, peaceful Block Island with two daily Yoga classes, each class lasting 90 minutes.

Class locations to be announced, and chosen for its proximity to the inn, space and tranquility.

Classes will be held 7:30 a.m., and 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Please bring a mat, water and small blanket. Please note, as all classes are outdoors, they will be canceled in inclement weather.
