Amenities & Policies

Amenities:

  • All prices are inclusive of linens, bath towels and a daily trash removal.
  • Complimentary wine and cheese on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
  • If you are staying 4 nights + we do ask that you bring beach towels.
  • Guest rooms and suites do include maid service daily as well as turndown service in the evening.
  • A generous continental breakfast of fresh baked bread, bagels, fresh cut fruit salad, frittatas, stratas and other egg dishes using local Block Island Eggs, yogurts, meats, cheese, coffee and teas, can be added onto any stay for just $12.00 per person, please do let us know the evening prior.
  • We can provide a fully stocked pantry upon arrival
  • Please request if you would like us to book ferry or airplane tickets to the island, bicycles for the duration of your stay or to assist in any dinner reservations, yacht dockage and more.
  • We are please to offer the following delivered to your door each morning:
  • Beach chairs
  • Umbrellas
  • Beach towels
  • Beach/ picnic blankets
  • Packed lunch

 

Booking Policies:

Payment is due in order to confirm all rentals.

Guest Rooms: A deposit of 50% is due at time of booking with the other 50% due upon arrival.

Apartments, Homes & Cottages: Rentals of one week or less require payment in full. Longer rentals will pay 50% at time of booking with the other 50% due upon arrival. We accept certified checks, cash and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:

Guest Rooms: If cancelled two weeks prior we refund your deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, less than 2 weeks, if we can re-rent your room we will refund your deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Apartment, Homes & Cottages: Stays of 2 nights or more cancelled after May 1st we must re-rent your unit in order to refund your deposit, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of your total rental cost. Stays of 2 nights or less cancellation two weeks prior we refund your deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, less than 2 weeks, if we can re-rent your room we will refund your deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Other Policies:

  • If you bring a pet without prior permission, you will be charged an additional $250.00 cleaning fee.
  • Items missing from, or any damage to your room will be charged to your credit card.
  • Management reserves the right to ask any parties to leave due to excessive noise, or any other form of inappropriate behavior. Under no circumstance will any amount of the cost of my stay be returned in the event you are asked to leave. Any special events or parties must be cleared with management prior to your arrival.
  • You must return all keys upon check out. Any keys not returned upon check out will result in a $50.00 fee per key lost.
