Home Policies:

  • Check In: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm, if you are unable to check-in by 7:00 pm, please make advanced arrangements with the Innkeeper.
  • Check Out: 10:00 am.
  • Continental breakfast buffet is served 8 am – 10:00 am.
  • All guest room rates are based on double occupancy and include a continental breakfast buffet.
  • Units with a full kitchen do not include breakfast.
  • Rates range depending on the time of the season. Please view accommodations for specifics.
  • All rates are subject to 6% RI hotel tax and 7% RI sales tax.
  • A deposit-in-full for a one-night-stay or a 50% of your total stay (if two nights or more) is required at time of reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival, at check-in. We accept Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover, Travelers and Personal Checks and Cash.
  • In the event a reservation in a guest room, or a homo/ apartment for less than 4 nights is cancelled 2 weeks or more in advance of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of the Arrival date, deposits will be refunded provided the room is rebooked for all nights reserved, and is subject to the above processing fee of $25.00. If you have a apartment or home booked for more than 4 nights you would be required to cancel on or before May 15th in order to receive a refund, minus the $25.00 processing fee, after May 15th the unit must be re-rented for all nights of your stay in order to refund your deposit, minus the $25.00 processing fee.
  • We generally require a two night minimum stay on most weekends, while Holiday weekends usually require a 3 night minimum stay. Please call the Innkeepers to discuss one night stays on weekends.
  • No AAA, Corporate or Government rates are offered, although large group rates are offered.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Sorry, other than medical reasons with the correct certificates supplied no pets are permitted at the inn.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn.
